In association with the Pantheism and Panentheism Project, led by Andrei Buckareff and Yujin Nagasawa and funded by the John Templeton Foundation, The Panpsycast will be producing four episodes interviewing Pantheism and Panentheism Project researchers.
In our third installment of this mini-series will be interviewing Dr. Sam Coleman. The interview will be on February 20th, and we will be traveling down to the big smoke to speak to him. In this episode we will be talking to Sam about his contribution to the John Templeton project and his paper ‘consciousness, metaphysics, panpsychism and pantheism’.
Sam Coleman researches in philosophy of mind, looking specifically at a theory known as panqualityism. He writes on this theory, along with other forms of neutral monism, panpsychism, and Thomas Nagel. His work is published in some of the most esteemed journals, and you can also find his popular work in Philosophy Now magazine.
